Your Ideal Scene:
This is the second point on your map - your destination.
What is your ideal scene? Where are you in an ideal version of yourself and your circumstances? What do you see, hear, taste, smell, feel?
What thoughts, emotions and sensations are you experiencing based on this ideal scene? Are there things you know to be true in your life while this scene is taking place? Get as detailed as possible.
Record this in the same place as Day 1. You may even begin to draw a map for yourself.
If it's vague for now, you will have a chance to return to this later.
